This meet was started in 1964 and includes all the Boys events plus a Girls Elite 1600.  This year’s weather was excellent with highs in the upper 60's.  The sprints and hurdles were run into a light wind.

• Midlothian sr Nic Frawley vaults 16-8 for a PR and meet record
• 37.37 300 hurdles gold for Southlake Carroll sr Clint Renfro
• 183-4 in the discus from Ardmore OK soph Geoffrey Tabor
• 1:26.27 4x200 relay meet record for Duncanville
• Dallas Carter jr Oscar Spurlock captures the 110 hurdles in 14.14
• Southlake Carroll soph Colby Lowe, a Foot Locker finalist, takes the 3200 in 9:10.62
• #1 US 400 returner LeJerald Betters wins the 400 in 48.44 and tacks on triple jump silver in 47-5
• Mansfield jr Grant Lindsey leaps 6-6 for the high jump crown (US leader at 7-2 in a prior meet)
• Paradise sr Loren Hodges wins the girls 1600 in   4:58.09 (meet record) over White Oak soph Catherine Loden in 4:59.50
